The team at Foster De Young pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service, with the upmost discretion and sensitivity.
Our practice has bases in London, UK and Phuket, Thailand. We work with individuals and families internationally with our primary focus on South East Asia and the UK.
We have vast and personal experience when it comes to supporting those encountering difficult relationships with the food they eat.
Our programmes are bespoke for each individual in our care. We offer inpatient care on Phuket and “in person” outpatient care (dependent on age) anywhere in Asia and Europe.
A unique aspect of our treatment design is to work directly with your doctor and be fully inclusive with a responsible, trusted family member or partner to build a safe a and strong environment on the path to recovery.
All our clients receive a complete after care solution of mentoring with a one to one recovery coach to ensure the greatest opportunity to reintegrate into normal daily life.
Foster De Young undertake full Disclosure and Barring Service checks and sign non-disclosure agreements before undertaking any work with our clients.
"At Foster de Young we will offer you a safe, confidential place to talk about issues that you may find confusing, painful or uncomfortable. We are here to understand you and help you. There is no judgment and everything we discuss is confidential. The goal is to help you take charge of your own life, particularly to rediscover your healthy relationship with food.
Healthy eating has everything to do with our relationship to food and little to do with our actual diet. Everyone’s diet is different. Healthy normal eating is not about the food we choose, it is about how and why.
"We will help you discover that we are not what we eat, we are not defined by our diet or our weight and that we can rediscover the pleasure that food brings to our lives." Natasha de Young
