The Food Relationship Therapists for South East Asia and Europe

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM  :   PHUKET, THAILAND

Explore your relationship with food and make permanent changes to your diet and lifestyle with a unique help programme combining psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, behaviour change techniques and nutrition planning.

Life and mental health are so much better when we can enjoy food and eating as well as the social and emotional aspects around them. Paying attention to what your body wants and needs is far more important and a lot more enjoyable than any diet.

Our team offer a unique bespoke care programme for the treatment of food issues that you won't find elsewhere.

Whether you would like to stop emotional eating, are struggling to lose weight, lead a healthier lifestyle or are dealing with an eating condition – our care and combination of techniques will help you to get to the root cause of your issues with food and help you to make lasting changes.

We are dedicated to developing bespoke one to one treatment programs and creating unique journeys for our patients, instead of taking a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Our work is focused on South East Asia and Europe. We offer bespoke "Fly To" , Outpatient and Inpatient  programmes.

Our programme is designed for the individual, it is bespoke and designed to free you from the constant struggle and battle with food.

At Foster De Young, we fully understand that finding the right therapist is not an easy task.  This is why we offer free 30 minute consultations to all newly inquiring clients.  In this consultation we will listen to your personal concerns and will provide you with an overview as to what the therapeutic process may have in store for you under our care.

Our specialists are committed to remaining up to date with current research, in order to ensure that their practice is guided by the latest thinking, and adheres to robust National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
